The interviewer was very professional, yet no eye contact. He was just taking down notes and lets you talk for 45 minutes.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Milan (Italy) (took 4+ weeks)
Initial call was from HR and scheduled an interview with them. HR then set me up with a phone interview with a manager and once that was over, HR arranged to fly me in for a couple of other rounds of interview before making the offer that week.

Interviewed Apr 2009 (took 4 days)
Case interviews with multiple personnel from the leadership team. Each interview was around 45 min to an hour long. Focus is on structure and approach. Ability to maintain composure under stress was also valued. Dress smartly but don't overdress. Besides answering in the right manner, impression also counts much. Impression during interview can help or hurt prospects after hiring.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in San Francisco, CA (took 4 weeks)
I was referred by a senior manager who worked at Accenture. A recruiter emailed me immediately the following day to set up a screening interview the following week. The screening interview consisted of a resume review, salary expectations, and skills review for the position. A week later, I had another phone interview consisting of behavioral questions and a phone case study interview. I made it to the final interview, which an onsite visit. We had a presentation on Accenture and the position details, met with current business analyst, and had 2 behavioral 1:1s interviews.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 3 weeks)
The interview was quite interesting. The process consisted in Cv based interviews and case based interviews. The problems were quite challenging and the people involved were very bright and nice. Plus, the office is new and very nice. The problem is that this is a very big firm, so maybe it's not very easy to find the right career path.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 2 months)
I interviewed for a Business Analyst position with ANSS. I have an Econ background but my job description is for a Jr. Peoplesoft developer role. I had 4 interviews of which three were over the phone and the last one I have on Monday to be teleconfrenced.
1- Phone Screen by recruiter: very basic, she explained the roll a little bit and asked a little about my academic background.
2-Skills Interview: very easy, she just asked about things from my resume. Pretty sure I was only asked me 2 or 3 questions, the rest of the time i asked my own questions
3-Behavioral/PFI interview: I was asked three questions: 1. Tell me about a time you were working in a group and someone wasnt cooperating; 2. A time where you had to meet tight deadlines; 3. A time where you were given a task/responsibility with little or no direction. This interview lasted for about 45 min and I was asked a lot of probing questions such as how did you feel, what did you anticipate, how did you react, etc.
4- Interview with a Senior Exec-- TBA

Application form + cv + covering letter.
Contact from HR asking for interview date in London.
1st interview in London - interviewer was being assessed. Quite strange. Interviewer totally stonewalled every answer - quite surreal experience, came away thinking I'd screwed the whole thing up.
4-5 Days later contact from HR again asking for date for 2nd Interview.
2 weeks later 2nd interview. Presentation, case study, group discussion
Final 1-2-1 interview
2 weeks later offer made
