1 - screener interview to expand upon your experience and resume details
2 - in-depth behavioural interview where they ask two behavioural questions and really dig in to understand how you think
3 - interview at their offices with two high level managers or partners, to understand your interests and where you would fit in Accenture

The interview consisted of a phone screen, behavioral phone interview and the office visit. The office visit consists of a presentation about the company and two interviews with executives. It is all behavioral questions. No cases. The questions are easy, but try and make a good first impression that will make the difference
