Interviewed May 2008 in Milan (Italy) (took a day)
I have been asked to immagine to be in the office of a specific client and to have the chance to meet the CEO, then to talk with him/her about the improvements the company needed.
It has been an interesting discussion focused on testing if I could have been the right person for that position and department.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Reston, VA (took a day)
I posted my resume online but wasn't contacted until I was referred by an employee. The process was about 3 weeks total. I had a phone interview with HR about why Accenture, what do you find interesting about Accenture?
Then I had an interview with a current Manager and that was focused more on "tell me about a time when..." .
The final round was face to face with two partners and they had more of a case interview style.

Negotiation Details
Accenture presented a very fair and generous offer. You are ableto provide input before they make the formal offer so you can essentially define it beforehand.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Saint Petersburg, FL (took 3 months)
Gate keeper interview was arranged by a matching system through the university. After 30 minute initial interview, went on to a 1 hour interview with a partner, then followed by another 1 hour interview by another partner. After that was invited for an office visit where i met other consultants and met with yet another partner. An offer was made within two weeks of last meeting.

Interviewed Jul 2010 (took 3 weeks)
Recruiters were very helpful and very responsive. The interview process was very quick compared to prior experiences. The interviews were a LOT tougher than I thought they would be. They asked clarifying questions about everything, and there were various formats of questions throughout the interview (role-play, describe a time, why did you do this, etc).

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 2 days)
You will get a phone screen from the HR folks basically going over the position and resume review.
Then you will have a 1 on 1 interview in the office with 2 or 3 folks.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
In person interview showed me very little of company. My 1st interview was with a Partner and had no info on the position i was applying for but could talk about the company which was good. My second interview was considered a skills interview where the interviewer should know about the position and let me sell myself. I never had a chance to really show them what i knew in the interview as a senior consultant. she asked me about leadership & testing experience. As an experienced SAP consultant, i was expecting legitmate questions on my consulting experiences.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Jun 2008 in Philadelphia, PA (took 2 weeks)
Standard process, starts from a Phone Screen. If they like you, they bring you in for an in-person interview. Generally, this interview is broken down as one technical and one personality. However, how the actual interview occurs, is dumb luck. Some interviewers like to talk technical and dig deep, others are just looking for a good conversation. If you pass this phase, you are generally invited back and interviewed by a Senior Executive to make the final decision. If this goes well, you are given an offer.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 4 days)
The interview process and contact was timely and well mannered. Allot of information was given at all stages during the process and questions were always welcomed. The behavioural style interviewing was more in depth than all other places I'd interviewed at, but unlike other places you had some scope to choose the question you wished to answer.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 2 days)
I was initially contacted by the HR on phone. Subsequently I had one round of interview with the Senior Manager followed by a round with the Partner in New York.
I found the entire process extremely professional. However, they could not satisfy my salary & title expectations and therefore did not make me an offer .

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Helsinki, Southern Finland (Finland) (took 2 weeks)
Normal interview first with an HR person and then with a senior consultant. The consultant was not very polite and the overall feeling was rather negative. I was asked to shortly explain how Internet works. I received an invitation for the next round.
