1)In a Given array which contains sorted numbers only one of number matches with that of Index. Find the number Not in O(N).
2)Derive a DataStructure to support the following operations Insert/Delete/Search/GetRandom Value in O(1) & O(logN)

I had two rounds of technical interview in month of April 2010 and one round of HR Interview, they did send my some employee form to fill and to send scan copies of my experience letters and mark list which i did send them about 6 time, They never rolled out my offer letter nor responded to my mail properly . Today i got a mail from them stating that my profile had been archived.. What a joke!!!!!!

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a Background Check.

First called for telephonic (3 rounds) and then in person with client, but no response after that. Now a days most of employers doing same by taking advantage of the recession. They would pay for it.. First of all, I hate HR teams as they only work ONLY for employers and not even bothered for employees and this is the case from small company to the big MNC.
