The company first had a test which included about 55 questions from verbal ability and data interpretation.
The shortlisted candidates then had a technical interview, questions consisted of topics like core java, dbms, oracle, link-list, c etc.
The candidates further shortlisted had a HR interview. Questions were general, like "tell me abt yourself" and the other questions were on the same lines too.
In all, the process took 1 day.

2. resume screened and contacted by company HR
3. Round 1 with a manager - case and PI - one hour - telephonic
4. Second round with group lead - case and PI - 30 mins - telephonic
5. 1:1 with partner over cisco telepresence- 1.5 hours
6. Offer given 2 days later
7. Offer accepted

Inverview process was very long effectively it took more than 2 months right from the day my CV posted and till i got offer letter.
Negotiation Details
Accenture HR is very strict and depends on how do we nogotiate during discussion. I feel they are moody if they feel like providing more they will other wise they don't even consider for any further discussion.

Interview was simple one technical and one hr. After that HR was very poor in giving the offer and communication. Delayed the process and did not revert after continuous call. There will be other interview after joining to get in a project. Work culture in Accenture is good.

They start with the general ice-breaking questions and gradually moved onto a few technical questions and finally ended with them asking me to speak about any city and computer engineering. They check your confidence, spoken English abilities and interest in computers .

Accenture had hired a third party company to handle the recruitment drive but amongst all the other companies, accenture's recruitment drive was the most organised and their presentation brilliant. Level of aptitude test was tough and quality of interview was decent. Less number of students higher but no compromise on quality.
