Interviewed Dec 2009 in New York, NY (took 2 weeks)
Received interview through campus career center. involved an interview with a HR rep and second round at the office with an exec. HR rep was very down to earth and the overall interview was engaging. the interview with exec was relaxed as well, but he seemed tired from previous interviews and overall uninterested in being part of the recruitment process.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Phone interview with the head recruiter (originally was going to be in person but inclement weather decided otherwise), who was very friendly and easy to talk to. Half an hour, mostly talking about resume stuff and what the position was about. Second interview was with an actual consultant who wasn't too personable, only asked two or three STAR questions. Heard back after two or three weeks with a rejection email.

Interviewed May 2010 in Dallas, TX (took 6 weeks)
Applied after being contacted by an on-campus interviewer. A couple of weeks later, I completed a very short, basic HR interview who pretty much only confirmed info on my resume. Then, I attended a short company presentation the day before my 1:1 interview on campus. The interview itself was pretty generic (no technical questions). The interviewer was friendly and easy to relate to. A week later, I received a phone call from HR saying that I was one of six finalists that were ultimately going ot fill a total of four internship positions. Then, a couple of hours later, the same person called me back saying that they had everything they needed from me and I would not need to come on site for additional interviews but was still a finalist for the position. A month later , I called my HR contact since I had not heard back, and they informed me I did not get the position.
The interview process was not overly difficult, I was just disappointed in the way the process was conducted (lack of communication, long process).

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took a day)
First off, due to their defense contracts most people need to be US citizens to work at Accenture. The interview process consisted mainly of questions about my resume with the overarching theme being "Why would you be good here?" The interview was non-technical and mainly based around what I was looking for in an internship and why I thought I could find it at Accenture.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 3 days)
Applied though University career center. First round interviews were mainly a screening. Lasted 30 minutes and asked simple questions mainly about the company (i.e. "Why Accenture?" "Where do you see yourself fitting in at Accenture?"). Called back for second round that evening.
Second round was a very detailed behavioral interview. Definitely need to use STAR approach. Interviewer will ask about each part of your answer in detail. Each question took about 15 minutes to go through. Be sure to have examples of leadership, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
