Interviewed Nov 2010 in Chicago, IL (took 2 months)
Was a very casual interview process. Had I think 3 phone interviews that you weren't too bad, then got flown out to my location of choice (New York, Chicago, Denver) and did a group information session followed by rotating personal interviews. Everyone was pretty nice, the pay was better then other companies, and there were tons of opportunities at the company - so I took it!
Negotiation Details
No negotiation at all which was very frustrating. She wouldn't allow it. But in hind sight, I was already being paid very close to the top of the pay scale for a new analyst.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
Many others have already mentioned the interview process so I'm not going to make you read the same story again. I do want to note that my second situational interview was only 30 minutes with 2 questions (plus sub-questions probing the details) even through most people here reported 45 minutes - 1 hour. I think it all depends on which interviewer you get.
The third interview is basically for you to learn more about Accenture and also for Accenture & yourself to figure out which areas in Technology consulting you are interested in. In my case, I already communicated to my recruiter before the interview which area I'm interested in and was interviewed by senior managers from that area. I think it may pay off if you know which area you are interested in before the inteview & let the recruiter know.
Response time for interview result has been great. Next day for the 1st round, 2-3 days for the second round and 3 weeks for the third round. Third round may be unusual because I had the interview a week before Christmas. Right before Christmas, my recruiter asked me to rank a couple alternative locations if my primary location choice isn't available. I heard back again a day or two after New Year that I would be receiving an offfer from another recruiter. I assume the delay in final decision is because of the holidays and because they had to find an alternative location. I ended up getting my first alternative choice.

Negotiation Details
Kind of regret I didn't negotiate but I think the offer is very fair and from what I read here it's pretty much impossible for a Graduate hire to negotiate.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in San Antonio, TX (took 4+ weeks)
quick, they asked a few technical questions. Though they kept saying "hands on technical job" most of the training was geared towards inbound call handling. No break/fix, remote trouble shooting. Ticket handling, forwarding, and processing.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 2 months)
The behavioral interview was ridiculous! The woman asked me to recount verbatim, conversations from up to 5 years ago. I know the purpose of these interviews is to shake you up, but she really brought the heat. They ended up hiring from within and I was told in my last interview that was their intention all along and I was strung along to adhere to hiring policies.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 2 months)
An external recruiter set up a phone call with their recruiter and they did the initial phone screen. Then there was a skills phone interview with a sr manager in the segment. Behavioural interview that has basic interview questions, strengths, weaknesses etc. A face to face with a partner within the segment.
