The first phone interview asked me about my vision or what I would like to be in the future. They're trying to align my vision with what company wants to achieve in the future.
After that, I got a 1-1 interview, the interviewer asked me about my skills, and also about soft skills.
Last interview was with the senior exec. The interviewer asked me again about what I wanted to achieve and all those hopes in the future

I first went to a Women's Event to learn about firm. Then, the first interview was behavioral asking questions such as "Tell me a time when you led a team" and we spent 20 minutes talking about each question. The interviewer would type the responses in the computer. Afterward, there was time for questions. The second round was similar but onsite. Just be prepared with a story to tell about different types of situations and don't make things up.

The first phone interview seemed like they were just trying to get a feel for who you are, as it was mostly talking about yourself, then about Accenture and the benefits that they offer their employees. The next day, I had the skills interview, which I thought went really well. I answered all of the questions that they asked immediately and to the best of my ability. I got one question about databases wrong, but it was just a mix-up of terminology...the conceptual aspect of my answer was correct. After the interview finished, the original recruiter contacted me and told me to fill out a security clearance form and fax it to them, which I did promptly. I didn't hear from them for a few days after that, so I called the original recruiter and he told me that they were no longer interested. It's kind of weird because I have a clean record and I'm 95% sure that my responses to the skills interview went very well.

Initially, we had to answer an IQ test.After that, a few students were shortlisted for a technical interview. Amongst those who answered the technical interview , around 50% were shortlisted for an HR interview that barely lasted for around 5 minutes.

1 st interview: resume overview, personality check, background, asking personal questions. Easy.
2 nd interview: behavioural. questions such as describe leadership roles, describe a recent project, describe a time when you conflicted with co worker and so on. Lasted for an hour or so.
3 rd interview: will be tomorrow!

I interviewed for a Business Analyst position with ANSS. I have an Econ background but my job description is for a Jr. Peoplesoft developer role. I had 4 interviews of which three were over the phone and the last one I have on Monday to be teleconfrenced.
1- Phone Screen by recruiter: very basic, she explained the roll a little bit and asked a little about my academic background.
2-Skills Interview: very easy, she just asked about things from my resume. Pretty sure I was only asked me 2 or 3 questions, the rest of the time i asked my own questions
3-Behavioral/PFI interview: I was asked three questions: 1. Tell me about a time you were working in a group and someone wasnt cooperating; 2. A time where you had to meet tight deadlines; 3. A time where you were given a task/responsibility with little or no direction. This interview lasted for about 45 min and I was asked a lot of probing questions such as how did you feel, what did you anticipate, how did you react, etc.
4- Interview with a Senior Exec-- TBA

I initially applied to the job through my Universities jobs website. I submitted my resume and was contacted for an on campus interview. I wasn't able to make the on campus interview so they allowed me to do a phone interview. A few months went by before they were able to conduct the phone interview, they let me know I had fallen through the cracks. The phone interview was 30 minutes long and was more of a "coffee talk" type interview. A few weeks later I had a 1 hour long phone interview which tested my ability to think on my feet. Following that I was invited to an on site interview and the company flew me to the interview site, put me in a hotel, and paid for all of my expenses.

1st round is more of a screening giving the candidate a chance to present his/her resume in person. From there 2nd round is a behavioral interview, be ready to draw from recent (within last year) experiences and come up with situations, how you succeeded, failed, dealt with adversity...etc final round is office visit with "fit" interviews to determine if you really want to do the work you'll be doing

The first round interview was just going over my resume and me asking questions about the company. Got called back to a second round interview and it was about 45 minutes of behavioral interviewing where I was asked to discuss previous experiences I've had though classes, internships, jobs, etc. fairly straightforward, waiting to heard back about the 3rd round.

i was working for accenture technology solutions and managed to get myself transferred to accenture consulting. this is typically not possible, however with the backing from a previous project manager and a managing partner, i got myself a shot at getting an interview with 2 senior managers and 1 other managing partner
