Interviewed Aug 2007 in Sacramento, CA (took 1 week)
The hiring process is very professional and very well organized. I started by applying online and I had a quick phone screen in less than 4 days. Within a week I had an official phone interview and a few weeks later I had an in-person interview. The process was quick and painless. They focused a lot on experience and personality type questions like "describe a difficult situation" or "tell us about 3 weaknesses". It's good to have some anecdotal experience ready.

Negotiation Details
At the time, Accenture was pretty firm about my offer. Since this was my first full-time position right out of college, I had neither the experience nor the understanding to negotiate much. I would simply recommend looking at sites like this to get an idea of what they are offering. One important point: office choice is key! They like to keep you near your home office, so ask about what kind of projects are nearby.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
