I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture (Sacramento, CA) in Aug 2007
Interview
The hiring process is very professional and very well organized. I started by applying online and I had a quick phone screen in less than 4 days. Within a week I had an official phone interview and a few weeks later I had an in-person interview. The process was quick and painless. They focused a lot on experience and personality type questions like "describe a difficult situation" or "tell us about 3 weaknesses". It's good to have some anecdotal experience ready.

It was very smooth and generally questions were from CV itself. One should be thorough with Cv and job description to answer those questions. They are looking for someone who is confident and can handle the challenges in job.

Three interviews: 1. Fit interview, 2. Case interview and 3. Interview with unit lead. Fit interview was on my background and motivations. Case interview included standard problem-solving/market sizing types of questions. The interview with unit lead was more on my expectations with Accenture and the work I might be doing.
