Interviewed Sep 2008 in Chennai (India) (took a day)
There was an initial written test to short list the candidates who appeared for the company. The ratio was about 3:10 who cleared the written to no. who attended. Then the shortlisted candidates were sent to a Group Discussion Exercise among small groups to test their communication skills.
Then there was a technical interview. It had questions in networking and C++. People who cleared this test were sent to a HR interview after which the candidates were given their offers. I was among the 172 people who were given offers. Totally around 1200 people attended

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Skills Test.
