Interviewed Nov 2011 (took a day)
I submitted my resume online and got an email scheduling a phone interview for the next day. Got a call and the interviewer was very nice. He talked a bit, and then got into some technical questions. Since this was an entry level position (right out of college), the questions weren't too hard.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in San Antonio, TX (took 2 days)
The first phone interview seemed like they were just trying to get a feel for who you are, as it was mostly talking about yourself, then about Accenture and the benefits that they offer their employees. The next day, I had the skills interview, which I thought went really well. I answered all of the questions that they asked immediately and to the best of my ability. I got one question about databases wrong, but it was just a mix-up of terminology...the conceptual aspect of my answer was correct. After the interview finished, the original recruiter contacted me and told me to fill out a security clearance form and fax it to them, which I did promptly. I didn't hear from them for a few days after that, so I called the original recruiter and he told me that they were no longer interested. It's kind of weird because I have a clean record and I'm 95% sure that my responses to the skills interview went very well.
