Interviewed Feb 2010 (took a day)
The initial phone screening consisted of two phone interviews by a Senior Consultant and Director in the company. Both interviews were only case interviews. There was little to no discussion of my background and no behavioral questions. Each interview had several case type questions. One was very basic how many diapers were sold in the US. Another was more in depth about a recent consulting project.

Interviewed Jan 2008 (took 4+ weeks)
Interview process had 3 rounds. I had 2 interviews on campus, followed by an on site interview. Campus interviews primarily consisted of questions regarding my previous experience and why I wanted to work for the company. The 3rd interview was pretty much a final test to see if I would be a good fit for the org.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in New York, NY (took 3+ weeks)
Interviews were great. Accenture has excellent people and hiring processes in place. Interviews are largely focused on behavioral responses, however skill set is vitally important. Interviews have done there research on your the interviewee's skill prior to extending an interview. Be prepared.
