Interviewed Aug 2010 in New York, NY (took 4 months)
Initial communication HR. Followed 1:1 interviews with management (4) and 2 employees then 3 clients. Advice: know you want to work in consulting. Poor training, the office was a closet, the work culture was dog-eat-dog and finger pointing. Then there is ongoing career launch tasks and a nasty client.

Negotiation Details
Negoiate. Long hour plus weekends. Speak to other Accenture employees (not 25 year olds). Know what you are getting into. Your desk is a file cabinet, you sit in a pod. Know your client well. If a start up it adds groups/companies/offshore teams and more layers of confusion.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Sacramento, CA (took 1 week)
Interview process consisted of an initial screening interview by HR -- Simple questions and fact checking.
From there, interview consisted of 4 separate 1:1 phone interviews with whom would be my supervisors and one peer. Depending on who I was talking to (and their style) these interviews asked for my experiences, examples from past positions, where I have had successes, etc... This was also my opportunity to ask about the position. What is important to them. This was useful in my information gathering process and in future interviews.
I then had an in-person interview by the Managing Director in the office for which I was being hired to. Conversational in nature. It was more me listening. He wanted to talk about the company and what has/hasn't worked. I think he was also trying to get a sense of if I would mesh with the team and philosophy.
I also had a behavioral interview which should have lasted 1 hour but went for nearly 2 hours. Questions like: "tell me about a time where you had to", "what would you do if", "have you ever had to"...type of questions. They want you to explain it in full detail. Prepare for this. Sometimes it is hard to recall every details of what happened 5 years ago. Come prepared with a few examples of teamwork or having to make a tough decision, or something that shows your moral compass, etc...

Interviewed Sep 2008 (took 1+ week)
Pretty straight forward - background, expereince, reasons for looking, etc. The 1:1 was mostly skills based and "tell me about a time when. (succeeded, failed, etc) ..." stuff. People were pretty nice - but I think they filled the job before I was even called - so I'm not sure why we went through that.
