Interview Details – 3 interviews, 1st group interview on soft skills/relational/team work, 2nd with manager on business case and CV resume, 3rd with executive on business case and motivation

Interview Question – Motivation has to be well prepared by getting to know a bit before the interview what the company business consists of. These are things that you have to prepare in advance if you come from University, and have a very limited (or inexistent) job experience.

If you are instead exp. hired, then business case will likely be the most difficul part.
