Interviewed Sep 2011 in Mumbai (India) (took 2 days)
Accenture had hired a third party company to handle the recruitment drive but amongst all the other companies, accenture's recruitment drive was the most organised and their presentation brilliant. Level of aptitude test was tough and quality of interview was decent. Less number of students higher but no compromise on quality.

There is nothing special to prepare for the interview. We need to just stick up with the things that we have done in our current organization and previous organization/s. Express it in a systematic way. Like what you have done in your past with the organizations, What role you have played.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Mumbai (India) (took a day)
Basically was an on campus interview. Went on for 1 hour ( both tech and HR included) . HR was a cakewalk. talked about leadership and then my interests were in soccer , so discussion was primarily based on that. Tech was also manageable. Being from electronics, had a lot of IT questions which were fairly simple. C++ questions were in abundance.
Hiring People were fairly welcoming. Be confident. Brush up on C++ and u shud b through !! They got back within one day with the results.
Interview Questions
basic question. not too difficult. i think it was to multiply 2 nos and store the 3rd number in a different memory location
Reason for Declining
I had made up my mind to pursue an MBA by then

Interviewed Aug 2008 in Mumbai (India) (took a day)
Received a call to appear for a test after uploading my resume on the portal. On the day of the written test around 20 candidates were shortlisted from the 500 who had come to give the test. Since the number of candidates were less they directly sent each one of us for a technical interview and then an hr interview. Technical interview consisted mostly questions from skills mentioned on your resume and typical hr questions during hr intervies were asked.

Interviewed Apr 2007 in Mumbai (India) (took 4 weeks)
Had 4 rounds of interviews:
1 - Initial discussion with HR on general stuff
2 - A 1:1 discussion with a Manager (about 3 weeks after my HR round) - relatively general stuff, nothing technical as such
3 - A telephonic discussion with a Senior Manager (3 days after the previous round) - brief supply chain case study discussion
4 - A 1:1 discussion with a Partner (at the Accenture office in Mumbai, the day after the previous round) - very brief, about the firm, its operations, etc and culminated in confirmation of a job offer (got the final offer with CTC details the next day)
I loved the interview process, after the brief lull post the HR round, it went at a rocking clip and I enjoyed my interactions with all the interviewees.
