Interviewed Nov 2011 in Philadelphia, PA (took 4+ weeks)
First round on campus, basic 30 minute behavioral interview - I believe a good amount of people made it through this round.
Second round interview at local office branch - much much more in depth behavioral and project-based questions, more about my though process about how and why I chose to act in certain roles in specific projects. Most difficult round by far.
Final round interview also at local office branch - extensive presentation about culture, benefits, perks, more specifics about the job, etc. Followed by 2 interviews with senior personnel and lunch. This was more relaxed than I had anticipated and a much smaller group of people interviewing.

Interviewed May 2011 in Philadelphia, PA (took 3 days)
Had 3 phone interviews, got great feedback but then I was informed the position was eliminated. The first interview was a get to know you. The second, was an in depth probe of my skills and cross over skills. The third, was a situational interview. Once you presented a situation, questions were ask to delve further to see how you handled different situations.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Philadelphia, PA (took 6 weeks)
Applied through college recruitment database and Accenture's website. First interview was on campus, was one on one and very laid-back. Took about 20-30 minutes, basically just talked about my resume and the position. Second interview (also on campus) was the following week, behavior based, took about an hour. The final interview was in the Philadelphia office. It consisted of a presentation of the company with new hires that were more than happy to answer any questions. And two one on one interviews that were relatively laid back but included some behavior based questions.

Interviewed Jun 2008 in Philadelphia, PA (took 2 weeks)
Standard process, starts from a Phone Screen. If they like you, they bring you in for an in-person interview. Generally, this interview is broken down as one technical and one personality. However, how the actual interview occurs, is dumb luck. Some interviewers like to talk technical and dig deep, others are just looking for a good conversation. If you pass this phase, you are generally invited back and interviewed by a Senior Executive to make the final decision. If this goes well, you are given an offer.

Negotiation Details
Not very flexible. They are pretty stern about the offer they start with.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Philadelphia, PA (took a day)
The first round interview was simple, took only 30 minutes, and was basically to make sure you were interested in the company and wanted to move further into the interviewing process. The process consistes of 3 rounds and after the first round you should hear back within 2-3 days from my experience. The second round interview was more in depth and took about an hour and involved the typical situtational questions as to how you work with group and how you personally have taken control in group situation to produce a favorable outcome. There was also questions regarding my past experience. The interviewer was much less polite than the first rounf interviewer and seemed like she did not enjoy what she was doing. The first round interviewer was a chemical enginerr from UPENN and the second round interviewer was a current Penn State Grad Student. Accenture is a great company and offers a competitive base salary for this position, but it requires frequent traveling and long hours, therefore the higher salary does not compensate for much.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Philadelphia, PA (took 3 weeks)
Applied to the position through my university career center. First interview was a screening interview where the interviewer discussed my background, interests, goals and what my interest in technology consulting was.
The second interview was at the Accenture office. This was a classic behavioral/fit interview where I was asked to describe various situations I have been in and how I dealt with them.
The final interview was also at the Accenture office. This consisted of a presentation from current Accenture analysts/consultants, two behavioral interviews with Senior Executives/Managers as well as a lunch with all interviews involved.
Overall, the interview process was very friendly and comfortable. They really tried to let you get a good knowledge about the company, the work and the people and what you should expect if you join.

Interviewed Nov 2008 in Philadelphia, PA (took 1 week)
Out of all of the interviews I had, Accenture provided the most comfortable and enjoyable experience! Everyone I interviewed with was obviously intelligent and successful, but also extremely personable and welcoming. The interviews were primarily behavioral and experience based.

Negotiation Details
I did not negotiate, and I wish I had. I was just so excited about getting an offer from my first choice that I accepted right away! When negotiating, you have to be careful. Be practical and honest, but if you think you are worth fighting for...then put up a fight :)
