The first phone interview was with the recruiter who basically explained the position and asked basic questions about my resume. Second interview was via phone and was technical. Questions were very easy. The last interview was a one on one with the manager. He asked some technical questions and other behavioral ones. I will find out if I get an offer soon.

Case Interview. I'm still in the process. 1st I was called by HR. Then they paid for me to interview in Reston, VA. This interview consisted of 2 Case interviews with 2 non-senior Managers. I got the call back and will now have 3 Case Interviews with 3 Senior Managers. We'll see...

The hiring process was very structured, and other than a few general technical questions, most of the interviewing process consisted of behavioral interviews. First round was a quick phone interview; second round was a 1-on-1 behavioral. Final round interviews were on-site in Reston and consisted of 2 interviews back-to-back. Initially on-site, current employees spoke to the interviewees, and the recruiters presented the benefits packages.

This was the initial screening interview. I was asked why I was interested in this particular position. I was asked about my skill sets. I was asked to describe certain situations and past projects.
The interviewer explained the entire 6-step selection process and told me about the company and benefits.

There were three interviews. An initial interview where they were informative about the company itself. I walked away feeling as though I didn't say much, but got a call back for another interview that night. I went on to the next interview the next day, and was asked behavioral questions. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. I heard back about a week later for an onsight interview. In that interview, I sat in on a presentation about the company and then had two 45 minute behavioral interviews with manager/executives within the company.

The interview was very relaxed. It was the 1st round so the interviewer told me about Accenture and her background. The interviewer then went on to ask questions discussing the courses I had taken and my extra curricular activities. It was not very technical or intense. I thought it didn't go as well as I thought, but I got a 2nd round interview.

Got selected for on campus interview. Had 30 minute interview just asking about past experiencess
The interviewer was not very nice.
Asked me a leadership experience, what i think the job entailed, why work for Accenture? It was a very rushed experience. But the turn around is quick.

Mainly a behavioral interview consisting of about an hour of discussion and question and answer. Be ready to give examples abut yourself and what you have done. Practice speech and behavioral flaws. Do not say like, uh, or look away. Keep good eye contact and speak slowly and confidently and it will serve you well.
