Interviewed Feb 2010 in Mumbai (India) (took a day)
Basically was an on campus interview. Went on for 1 hour ( both tech and HR included) . HR was a cakewalk. talked about leadership and then my interests were in soccer , so discussion was primarily based on that. Tech was also manageable. Being from electronics, had a lot of IT questions which were fairly simple. C++ questions were in abundance.
Hiring People were fairly welcoming. Be confident. Brush up on C++ and u shud b through !! They got back within one day with the results.
Interview Questions
basic question. not too difficult. i think it was to multiply 2 nos and store the 3rd number in a different memory location
Reason for Declining
I had made up my mind to pursue an MBA by then
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and an IQ/Intelligence Test.

Interviewed Nov 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
A long process that reached a "dead-end". So many phone calls, a trip to Switzerland paid by the company and a successful personal interview led nowhere in the end. It seems there is poor communication between different business units.
