Unlike other consulting firms, Accenture focuses on the Fit interviews.
Really get to know the people and try to figure out what they value about their company.
Then try to visualize yourself in the company and come up with personal reasons for why you want to be there.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 2 weeks)
First interview occured two weeks after the applicant was submitted. It was a 45 minute 1:1 interview. Time was primarily spent as an opportunity to learn more about the company and for applicant to ask any questions.
Second interview as a behavioural interview for an hour where they would ask about how you had handled specific situations in the past.
