First Round: initial screener phone interview. about 30 mins. Basic get to know you questions to gauge interest. Second Round: Another phone interview, much longer about 1 hr. More intensive behavioral interview. Final Round: Office visit. Meet with executives to discuss candidate's fit with the culture. Offer made after a couple of days.

I have two interview which I successfully passed. First interview consist of many fast easy question about java/j2ee ~ about 60 question. The second interview consist of medium questions about XA transaction, isolation levels etc.

First phone interview was just to go over your resume.
Second phone interview and in-person interview were both behavioral.
Interview process is very transparent, they tell you what to expect. Surprisingly no technical questions in any of the interviews.
After the in-person interview, I received a job offer about a week later. They give you about a week to decide whether or not you want to accept the offer.

Negotiated a different location, which resulted in earlier start date and increased salary for cost of living adjustment.

Initial phone interview for thirty minutes, followed by an one-on-one in-person interview for 45 minutes. Approximately a week and a half after the phone interview, I went in for an in-person interview. The phone interview asked about interest in consulting and the company, followed by a brief resume walk through. The in-person interview was behavioral.
