Interviewed Sep 2011 (took 2 months)
3 Interviews with 1) Senior Exec on campus, 2) Consultant Level on campus, 3) 2 Senior Execs at the local HQ.
Straight forward questions like
"Tell me about a time...."
"Why Accenture?"
"How did you change the outcome of a project?"
They like to see people who come in prepared knowing what the job is, and how the consulting business is like. Do some homework and read up on their website.
The local HQ visit was pretty impressive. Had the vibe that people there are bright and quick thinkers.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 2 weeks)
The first two interviews were not too difficult- very situational. The last interview went well I thought, but alas, no offer.

Interviewed Aug 2011 (took 1 week)
The first stage was just the initial screening. The phone interview just consisted of asking simple questions such as "Why Accenture? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What do you know about Accenture?" Then it moves onto your resume. They well look at your most recent work experience and ask about your responsibilities and how you go about them. Make sure you know your resume well and be ready to explain anything on your resume. Its nice to have a few short stories exemplifying your skills. Unfortunately, I did not get through this first round (out of three), but I have learned that you must be very well prepared. Also, make sure to have a list of great questions (a few questions doesn't make the cut) to ask at the end of the interview. It shows how interested you are and how you actually did your homework. Good luck!

Positive outcome from the face to face interview with reviewer highly commending. However HR changed next round interview twice before eventually disappearing all together.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Reston, VA (took a day)
Applied for the position through university career database via resume and transcript upload. Was invited for a resume breakdown and semi-behavioral interview, where they asked about the job and what I knew about the position and the company branch that I would be assigned to should I be given an offer. Was not invited for an on-site interview.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Gainesville, FL (took 1 week)
Applied through my university career center as well as through their website.
First round was very casual, almost a conversation. The interviewer was really friendly and very honest in answering any questions. He asked me to go over my resume and asked me why I wanted for Accenture. This took about 15 to 20 minutes. The rest of the 45 minute interview consisted of me asking him questions about the company. I got a call back later around 5pm the same day to schedule a second round interview the following day.
Had my second round interview with a senior executive, an older individual but definitely still really friendly. He asked me roughly 3 to 4 typical behavioral questions, stopping every so often to get more depth information about the the exact details of each answer. After the questions, I was given a significant amount of time to ask him questions as well.
Heard that phone calls would be made offering third round interviews the following week. Didn't receive a call. Overall a good experience however. Only complaint I would have is that during the second round, the interviewer interrupted so frequently that it was hard to establish the context and answer the question before he moved onto the next question.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took a day)
I applied to Accenture through campus recruiting, and they were hiring for both management consulting and systems integration positions. The process was straightforward enough: submit an application, resume, cover letter, and transcript and then wait for the recruiter to indicate whether I had an interview or not. I had no problems with the systems integration application, but a friend of mine applied for a management consulting position and was automatically shifted over to the SI position just for being an engineer, even though he did not really express interest in the SI position.
The first round interview for the SI position wasn't terribly difficult and included no cases; we talked about my resume, activities, and what I wanted to get out of Accenture. My interviewer was very easy to talk to and I got a casual feel out of it. I accordingly was probably a bit more relaxed than I would normally be at an interview. This may have affected the outcome because I know a couple of people who moved on that approached the interview much more seriously, despite having the same amiable interviewer as me.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Sydney (Australia) (took 2 weeks)
Applied online, received an email to confirm a time for phone interview. Phone interview was easy, just basic questions and usual information on the company. At the end of the call, a time was confirmed to have 1:1 interview with Senior Manager. That interview lasted about 40 minutes. Thoroughly go through the resume, won't leave till they have completely understood your resume. Probing questions. Usual 'How you managed conflict before...' stuff.
I thought it went well. But anyways. Got a call later in the day that there were ".. more appropriate candidates for the position" and that I feel free to apply for future positions.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Submitted my resume and cover letter through on-campus recruitment AND the Accenture website. I received an email from the recruiter stating that I had been preselected for the 1st round of interviews on campus.
1st round was on a Friday. It consisted of 1:1 with someone from HR. He only asked me 3 very typical "get to know yourself" questions. This lasted about 30 minutes, then he proceeded to ask me if I had any questions about the company. Filled out my availability for the 2nd round interview if I was chosen to continue
Received an email the next day from the recruiter saying I was chosen for a 2nd interview on campus the following Monday. It was a very fast process! It would be the behavioral interview with one Accenture executive. 45 minutes consisted of me talking about how I handled situations - again, only 3 questions and the interviewer interrupted from time to time asking more about the situation. The last 15 minutes was devoted to learning more about the company and position, followed by me asking questions. My interviewer turned out to be the recruiter, so I feel I had it a lot harder compared to the others being interviewed by the other 3 executives. Interviewer/Recruiter told me I would hear back towards the end of the week if I made it to the 3rd round on-site interview. Received an email on Saturday saying I didn't make it to the last round.
