Interview Details

First there were 2 "phone screening interviews".,the first with a HR rep and the second with someone with an RN background. This person was terse at best on the phone and silent as I provided my answers. Round # 3 the actual interview; Placed in a small cubicle room with a door and a table and three chairs.I awaited the first interviewers. They arrived and provided me with first names only and almost treated me like a specimin. This Team consisted of 2 people requiring me to role play with them reguarding a call from a member . I was given some feedback of what they liked about my answers and what they thought was not in alignment of thier "special philosophy " in handling a call from said member .They exited and another person arrived alone from HR to discuss the behavioral aspect of the interview .I provided him with specific medico- legal and ethical dillemas I have experienced in the past within clinical practice and an insider view . I discussed the lessons I had learned over a long and varied career . He seemed generally interested at first but as the interview continued he seemed to lose interest as I was able to answer each of his questions to the best of my ability .He became vague after I asked about career growth within the Health Advocate role .After this interview an HR associate /or director arrived, she seemed fake and overstimulated exclaiming it was time for my "test". She marveled in smug amazement and bordered on hysteria with her effusive devotion to a company so dedicated .(She had overdosed on the corporate Kool-aid) Anyhow ,after some difficulty with loading the computer test she stated it was sooo easy and that I should whip right through it and she would be right back... The computer test was on Windows 2010 in a format of testing I was not familiar with.Needless to say ,halfway through the test prior to finishing the test the HR enthusiast arrived back on the scene to take me on a tour stating that the test was over , I informed her it was still running and she left me to finish and did not come back for a long time .After the computer test I was to have a tour . HR professsional pointed to a few desks with one people reading from a Kindle and another cutting coupons . That was the extent of the tour. I asked for business cards from the HR professional and she stated she was fresh out. I closed her and she stated someone would be "in Touch".After a week I called HR for feedback and recieved an email stating I would be notified . Igot an email wishing me good luck, After I followed up again with a call and email requesting why my candidacy for employment was rejected ,and asking for feedback from the interview I was left cold and dry. No corporate Koolaid for me to drink at the trough. BooHoo
