Interviewed with HR 1:1 and with the nursing manager. Also had to take a typing proficiency test. The interview last 1 hour approximately with each individual. Basic HR questions were asked and answered. Job specific questions were asked by the nursing manager. In depth job description was provided along with exactly what the company will provide and pay for.
