Interviewed Mar 2012 in Austin, TX (took 3 weeks)
After applying online, I immediately (next day) received an email from the company that they were interested in me for the position, but first would like me to fill out a IQ test. While it was -strongly encouraged- you complete the test within 24 hours, you had 5 days to complete the test. The test was comprised of about 10 sections including matching, sequencing, current events, patterns, etc, and was timed. It was difficult to complete in the time allowed. It took 3 weeks to hear from the company from this point.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Austin, TX (took 5 weeks)
I originally applied online then the next day I received an email invitation to take an online assessment test. That took a while to take. Then they called me a few days later and I had a phone call from a recruiter. That went really well so she invited me in for a in-person interview the next week. She said it would take half a day. Once I was there she greeted me and took me in to take a shorter version of that online test to verify that I did not fake anything. From there I met with the Accounting Manager and the Finance Director and the HR Director. It really did take about 4 hours. Then the next day they called and said that they forgot to talk salary with me. I was looking for more than they were offering. I told them I couldn't go that low but did give them a number lower than my orignal request. I was not offered the position at that time as she said she'd get back to me. I waited over a week, and figuring they had chosen someone else, I thanked them for the opportunity. The recruiter called again saying they still hadn't decided. About 3 weeks later they called and said they chose someone else. It took a long time to get a final answer which was disappointing but I did enjoy the staff and the interview process.

Interviewed Feb 2012 in Austin, TX (took 1 week)
The interview process consists of completing a phone interview and intelligence/personality test online. If selected for further processing, the applicant must complete an onsite intelligence/personality test again (to verify you are the one who took it) and interviews with several members of the staff. Once you have completed this, they may call you with a job offer in the next few days.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Austin, TX (took 3 weeks)
I applied for the job online, and I received a response back from the HR in 3 days. The HR sent me an email with clear instructions and detail information on their interview process that includes online IQ, math, and Personality test, phone interview, and on-site interview. I believe this test was designed to be hard (for common people like me), and don’t feel bad if you cannot answer all the questions. There were approximately 35 to 40 algebra questions that you need to complete in 30 minutes. Good luck with that. :)
Once I completed the online interview, I received a phone call from HR again to schedule a phone interview within 1 week. The HR gave me her direct number, and her work email instead of the generic HR’s email. The HR called me back within a week and scheduled an on-site interview.
During my visit to Accruent, I was greeted by a nice and friendly “intern HR”. He offered me some water and took me to an interview room. They had the room setup for me to take a shorter version of the IQ and math test again. After my test, I met with the engineering director, VP of engineering, and system architect.
My overall experience during this interview was good. I believe this company is a good company that promotes growth and innovation. They believe in hiring young talents and help them grow with the company. All the people I met are super nice and friendly.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 1+ week)
I took a personality/aptitude test (they said it's required by Vista, the private equity firm that owns Accruent, I've heard of people applying at companies owned by Vista and they go through the same thing), the day after I finished the test I got a call from the recruiter for a general phone interview. At the end of the interview I was asked to go to the office for an in-person interview with the person who is now my manager. A week after that, I was offered the position.

Negotiation Details
I was happy with the package and didn't negotiate, but for those who want to, I'd say it's not a problem to bring up issues you have, it's just HOW you say it (no attitude of entitlement please, no one likes that, especially the people that end up working with you). I'd recommend adhering to "Accruent values": integrity, respect, results orientation, drive to excellence.

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
I applied online. After completing the application, I took an IQ test and a personality test as preliminary step in the interview process. After one week, I received a phone call from HR to schedule a phone interview with two senior QA managers. That took about 45 minutes. A week after that, I was scheduled for a face to face interview on Friday of that same week which is half a day long. The process is quick and easy. I received the result one week after the on-site interview.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took a day)
Called the recruiter of record and she was no longer with the company. The operator was extremely rude when I tried to connect with another recruiter. So, I called the VP, Sales and he was no longer with the company either. This made me nervous given that the company had just been aquired by a private equity firm. Lastly, I applied on-line and almost immediately - at 6a in the morning - received an auto response email saying that I was not a fit.
I don't think that they are hiring, but rather farming resumes. After reviewing the portfolio companies of the PE firm, it was clear that they acquire troubled assets.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 1 week)
I had applied online via an internet job board. I was contacted within a few weeks of applying and given a general phone screen on the spot. The recruiter was very friendly and I was told that I would go through a series of interviews with Sr. level and Executive level staff via phone. I was also to be given a test that covered skills, logic, and reasoning. The phone interviews, while longer than your typical 30 minutes, were friendly, and very direct when it came to assessing my skills and experience. The phone interviews spanned from a Friday to a Tuesday. Thursday, I was notified that I would be flying out to their main office.
I flew in and out the same day as my interview. I was greeted by a friendly staff member and told that I would need to take their intelligence test again for verification. I was taken out to a relaxed lunch where I learned more about the company. I was interviewed by three senior level staff members in separate interviews. In a very efficient manner and made to wait little if any time at all in between interviews. I had a very good feeling by the time I was to catch my plane.
The next day I received a call extending an offer and I accepted on the spot. Post-offer proceedings were very organized and swift.
