Interviewed Mar 2010 in Dover, NH (took a day)
got a tour of the shop. Operation is being run by a financial guy who doesn't understand the technical aspects of propellor performance. His son is in charge of the shop.
They have some nice expensive measurement equipment but drop the ball so to speak when it comes to the details.
