Interview was short, and easy. The manager basically wanted to make sure I wasn't too unmotivated to work hard.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

The protocol for interviewing applicants at Ace Parking is the same: applicants start at headquarters and complete a basic math test and then have a one-on-one interview with a hiring manager. If an applicant successfully completes these two tasks, they meet with the parking manager of the hotel or location that they would be working at. If the interview with the parking manager goes well, the applicant is hired.
Overall, these interviews are pretty easy.

Compensation is not negotiable, so don't try. Remember, this isn't an executive position you're applying for, so keep this in mind.

The interview had all of the normal questions. One question that threw me off was "What would you do if you can tell someone has been drinking and they want you to go get their car for them so that they can drive it home?" After a long pause, I said that I hope the company policy will teach me what to do.

It was a fairly laid back interview, the interviewer was easygoing and made you feel at ease. The questions were pretty standard interview questions, nothing out of left field. There were no case studies or any skills test to speak of. Overall a very pleasant experience.
