Firstly he taken my interviews and check all which i mentioned above and then after he gave me opportunity for training and then after they checked my all activities like official manner and my work dedication and finally i gave him my positive response and after three months of training he gave me an opportunity for job and gave me offer letter and i got owesum experience during training period.

plzz don't negotiate at the first time means if u r fresher bcoz i was fresher at that time i suggest plzz remember don't do any thing which make others think negatively at any point of you .

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

Reasonably thorough interview process. Some repetition and lack of co-ordination between interviwers but general relevant questions and reasonable answers to my questions.

basic background & experience checking. Problem solving skill needs to be demostrated during interview by scenario case study. friendly HR & interviewer. Do not panic & smile always. Always show your interest towards the job and do not critized your former company. Always provide a valid and positive reason to join this company eg: better career exposure etc etc.

Local manager and national resource interviewed for position as service manager supporting a key account (cellular provider). I asked more questions than interviewers, thought it went well, but have heard nothing more over 1 month.
I'm now skeptical of Acision's follow-through. Don't know if position has been filled. Not very professional since interviewers stated hiring process would be short, i.e. a couple of weeks

I was contacted by the HR department and did a phone screen first with HR and then the VP hiring manager. Then I interviewed in person with 5 people in one afternoon.
