Candidates have an initial screening interview via phone with a headhunter or recruiter. Next is a phone interview with the person the candidate will most likely report to. Finally, there is an on-site interview, where the candidate will meet 3-5 people, a combination of peers and leadership. Candidates are also required to write a short essay to prove writing skills

Negotiation Details
Consider the fact that the company does not match 401Ks, is no publicly traded and, therefore, has no employee stock options or purchase program. Also carefully review the bonus package being offered - usually some version of a complicated commission on sales. This is a sales-driven organization first and foremost. People used to bonuses based on performance and peer ratings will find themselves in a new situation here.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
