Interviewed Apr 2011 in San Francisco, CA (took 3 weeks)
One HR Interview, followed by an interview with Engagement Manager and then in person interview with three people. In person interview had a written test, where one is given 15 minutes to write on a topic. Mine was, where technology will be in 5 years down the line. The inperson interviewers were - Portfolio Director, Engagement Manager and a Manager. They were each looking into different aspects at my skill sets.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
I met with managers, senior execs, and subordinates or peers during the interview process. Questions on my resume and background, nothing too unusual, all pretty standard stuff. They expect you to know the technology on your resume, bring your "A" game, if you say it, you better be able to back it up, you will get called out on it if you try and fudge anything whatsover. The whole company is filled with really smart, bright people, and the interviews can be long and painful, which they then meet as a team or committee to discuss each candidate in depth, internally. The most unusual part of the interview process is that they provide you with a blank laptop and you are asked to write a short essay, the topic was something along the lines of "What role will technology play in the future?" or "What does technology mean to me?". They are asking more because they want to see that you can formulate thoughts and express them well in writing, rather than what technical knowledge you are able to write down.

Negotiation Details
They didn't really negotiate on the salary, but I was able to ask for 3 weeks of vacation rather than 2 and got it. The interview was the fastest I've ever had, we went from a phone screen with a recruiter, a long / onsite one day interview, and an offer a few days later.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
Started off as a typical interview. I was then given the choice of about 6 different case studies to choose from. I only had to answer one. The case study was easy enough, although because I was nervous I missed an important point. They are really big on knowing a lot of information about the company before the interview.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 3 weeks)
Contacted by internal recruiter and after discussion he recommended being presented for the position. Standard procedure is to submit to a Brainbench exam - which IMO is a complete waste of time. A real turn off unless you are serious.
After passing that, I had a 1 on 1 phone screen with a senior developer to discuss technical aspects of the job. So far so good. Then scheduled a half-day series of interviews with architects, engagement managers, business analysts and EVP. A long half-day, but nice guys and good experience.
They passed on me - I said that I had a max of 50% travel - they might require more than that. Also they expected the architects to do a lot of development work as required. That's reasonable but no exactly what I wanted.
Long process, but apart from the Brainbench nonsense an OK experience.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Irvine, CA (took 4 weeks)
I was preselected for an On-Campus interview with them after speaking with a recruiter at the school's Career fair. The on-campus interview was a simple, work ethics and personality interview, with one problem/design question. I was asked to schedule on-campus interviews in Irvine a few days later. Interview consisted of meeting with a designer, technical, recent-hire, a written assessment, and lastly a high-up executive. I believe I fumbled on the last one when he asked me about working for a large or small company- he told me there were different benefits but working for a large company was the lazy choice. It took about 3 hours to complete. The original recruiter called back a week later saying they liked me and was very personable and to keep in touch, but there were stronger candidates.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Dallas, TX (took a day)
First round was an on campus interview that consisted of six mini case studies. They want to gauge your thought processes regarding how you would approach and solve problems.
Second round was an all day interview at the office, consisting of 2 case studies, executive interview, HR interview, behavioral interview, situational analysis, and a writing sample. There was also a meet and greet session with all of the employees where you could ask questions regarding the work that they do.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Irvine, CA (took a day)
The first round interview was a 1:1 interview with an employee. He asked about my resume and there was a short case involved. Because I went to the info session the night before he already knew me so he knew that I knew about the company. I would assume that he would have asked me to tell him my perspective of the company though had I not been to that session.
The second round interview consisted of a one hour lunch, a 30 minute written exam, a 30 minute behavioral interview, a 30 minute leadership interview, another 30 minute interview and a 30 minute case study.
The 1:1 interviews were fairly straightforward. Mostly about projects you worked on or problems you have encountered.
The case study had the same list of options to choose from as the first round but you had to choose something different. I don't remember the question but once again it had to do with basically improving a website. It was different in the way you thought about the question though.
I really enjoyed by time at the interview. The people there were extrememly nice and made me feel comfortable. I think the culture of working there would be fun.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Irvine, CA (took 2+ weeks)
It was a lengthly interview process consisting of a couple of phone interviews and a half day in office experience of panels and one on one interviews. I also had to take a short written test to prove my writing ability. The people at Acquity Group were very professional and seemed to have fun while also working hard.

Negotiation Details
Very hard to negotiate. Everything is based on base salary. Overly large importance placed on previous base salary with no considerations for bonus. Bonus structure is very complicated and doesn't seem to add much to overall comp.

Interviewed Jan 2008 (took 2 days)
The initial phone screening included the usual suspects - Java/J2EE related questions and other questions related to frameworks and methodologies. Then they needed me to take up an online test to further test my Java skills. But then the salary and benefits being offered was not exactly on par with the market-place and hence I gave up and decided to look elsewhere.
