None of the interviewers seemed prepared, and the last interview did not look at me throughout the whole interview. Very disappointing.

Contacted by company recruiter. Initial 15 minute discussion on what need they were trying to fill. Then phone interview with hiring manager. Followed a week later by panel interview with three people in the hiring managers group.

Completion of online application is required. I received a call from a recruiter the next day to schedule a phone interview the same afternoon. The HR supervisor called and the interview lasted about 40 minutes. She was very friendly and professional. She explained the position was created due to streamlining HR duties. They have been in acquisition mode and need continuity. Although my resume wasn't exactly what they needed she saw elements of potential. She was very honest that the interview confirmed I was probably not the best candidate so I wasn't surprised when I received an email 2 days confirming the job wasn't offered to me.
