Interview was straight forward and they just asked me about my experiences and about myself. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to talk to.

I was offered 42,500 and I wanted closed to 50K. They came back and offered me 45K.

First was a phone interview that I did with two associates at Acxiom where they asked fairly generic questions. Then after a week or so I was invited to do an in-person interview, which was split into two parts. The first, was with the two leaders of the company, and the next was with two people that had the job I was looking to fill. The interview ended with a simple skills test. I got the job offer a couple days later.
