Interviewed May 2011 (took a day)

I was contacted by HR to set-up a phone interview. On the morning of the call, I was contacted by the director of sales to reschedule for the afternoon. I rearranged my schedule to make this happen and when she called at the set time, the interviewer was in the car and seemed very distracted. I was asked to give 2 reasons why I was interested in the position. Maybe she didn't like my answers but the interview took about 15 minutes and then she told me the next steps. I was contacted 2 weeks later saying they chose another candidate. It was a VERY short interview process and I felt I wasn't given a fair chance due to the distractions on the call.
