The interview process is more of a formality without any assessment tools, or the willingness to understand what the candidate brings to the table. Intial Communication was through the consultant and there was lot of power play right from beginning with lot of songs being sung about how big the company is, how great this opportunity can be . The interview was organized in a Five Star Hotel and the person conducting the interview , though very senior, did not have the decency to offer a glass of water or tea.The guy was more interested in knowing why i came for interview, why I am keen to look out rather than understading what I can offer.
