Software Development Engineer Interview

Software Development Engineer
Sunnyvale, CA

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at Adaptec.

Interview Details – Phone call tested the basic programming /C questions (Structs, constructs) Nothing much about the resume but depends on who takes the interview, if a Manager then will ask about the course work and resume related questions
Onsite was less than a week later - Mostly questions relating to stated resume and basic programming concepts. Not a tough interview

Interview Question – Struct traversal would be the the toughest question   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Not a lot of Negotiation as I was a fresh grad
