Candidate is first contact by HR representive to check for availability and a few questions to verify current informaiton. A 30-minute phone screening appointment is then scheduled with the hiring manager. In the phone screening, the hiring manager asks a few questions related to skillset and questions related to the resume. If things go well, the candidate is invited for a 1 on 1 interview with the hiring manager. If selected, the candiate is then invited for a second interview with a group of people consisting of co-works, other managers, hiring manager's manager, etc...
