Adchemy Senior Software Engineer Interview Questions & Reviews

While my interview with Adchemy was average, I was beyond frustrated with the complete lack of professionalism shown by the hiring manager and recruiter during the process. As is the norm, I was interviewing with multiple companies, and as Adchemy was somewhat of a "late add" to my list, I was up-front in the beginning of the process about my needs to complete it as quickly as possible. That did not prepare me for the fact that I got absolutely NO feedback from the recruiter (who you would think would want to interface with the interviewee in order to sell the company) or the hiring manager. I repeatedly reached out via email to both them and another HR contact I had spoken with and received complete radio silence -- nothing positive or negative, nothing at all.

I finally accepted another offer and only then, 10 days after my interview, when letting these three people know I was no longer interested, did someone respond. It was bizarre and exceedingly amateurish on their part.
