it was the normal thing. Ask me about your self questions, a back ground check, refrences called, what makes you sucessful, why would you hire yourself " that was a new one for me"

Why woudl you hire yourself?
Tell me about yourself? Don't tell me what your resume says since I have read it twice!

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Background Check.
