Interviewed Feb 2009 in Carlsbad, CA (took 2 days)
My interview process was fantastic. I met with Senior Management and then other team members. I can honestly report that the interviews were great - it was a real pleasure to meet people with similar goals and ideals as mine. The questions they asked were tough, though - but that was what I expected.
I thoroughly enjoyed the process, and apparently they did, too - I got the job.

Negotiation Details
I was represented through a recruiter, so my salary requirements were given before I was interviewed. When it came time to negotiate the salary the conversation was about 2 sentences. "Here's what we're offering. Do you accept?" "Yes."

The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
