initial contact with the company was very positive, the company looked very good, with decent pay starting out (11/hr). the recruiting staff where very professional and likeable. however. once you are in the door, it all comes crashing down. everything they tell you about this company is a flat faced lie. my advice to anyone going to apply at this company. RUN AWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN.

1.HR 1:1 basic questions.
2.Technical skill assessment on telephonic round
3.Voice and accent assessment round
4.Written assessment English language fluency and vocab.
5.Core technical objective type questions round and then the offer letter. That's it...!!!!

No use of negotiation. Its the best job if you are a fresher and have a good command on the COMPUTERS and OS's and basic troubleshooting techniques. But I don't know what's the current pay-pack offered to a fresher.

Saw newspaper ad and applied online. Also had a customer service test at that time. Heard from recruiter the next day to set up phone interview. That consisted of pay range info., background/credit check expectations, skills questions like-what is RAM? Invited to take 2 more tests (personality, simulation). Then had an in-person interview with a 2nd recruiter (had test#4-computer knowledge-before the interview) where standard questions were asked. Didn't get to see work area...

Interview process was very poor now that I look back on it. The expectations of the position based upon the interview were entirely different that the description posted. You are interviewed by the current team lead that you will be working for (unless they are out of town), possibly another current team employee, and then the HR manager. The HR Manager actually helps make hiring decisions and promotion suggestions within the company but doesn't actually work with any of the individuals so their experience is very very poor therefore there is a lot of favoritism.

Negotiation Details
Almost non existent. This company has a high rate of turnover and employees are offered minimal amounts. Your negotiation will basically be for a salary that you find decent but you will not be offered this at this company. Every person that I have talked to that I work with was not offered even the same amount that they made at their last jobs. Increases through negotiations are basically for $0.10 to $0.25 more per hour.

interview style was conversational in the first two sessions. Third interview in person more situational pertaining directly the business. Fourth was with senior leaders more of a getting know you and your background. Fifth was at an alternate site almost like a panel interview by meeting other counterparts and several client representatives.

I posted my resume online 2 weeks age. The staffing agency called me on Monday for detailed personality and other tests. I went there. It took close to 3 hours. They made me fill out some forms which were very detailed. Also made me take several tests including a voice test( I had to listen to a recording and fill out the information on the computer.), typing speed test.
Then scheduled me for an interview with the HR manager the following Thursday. I went for the interview. He was very friendly, put me at ease and I recveid a job offer.
