I posted my resume online 2 weeks age. The staffing agency called me on Monday for detailed personality and other tests. I went there. It took close to 3 hours. They made me fill out some forms which were very detailed. Also made me take several tests including a voice test( I had to listen to a recording and fill out the information on the computer.), typing speed test.
Then scheduled me for an interview with the HR manager the following Thursday. I went for the interview. He was very friendly, put me at ease and I recveid a job offer.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
