Interviewed Jul 2011 in Southfield, MI (took 4+ weeks)
Saw newspaper ad and applied online. Also had a customer service test at that time. Heard from recruiter the next day to set up phone interview. That consisted of pay range info., background/credit check expectations, skills questions like-what is RAM? Invited to take 2 more tests (personality, simulation). Then had an in-person interview with a 2nd recruiter (had test#4-computer knowledge-before the interview) where standard questions were asked. Didn't get to see work area...

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 2 days)
Very simple and dynamic process.
You do a phone simulation on your computer. you take a couple of lengthy surveys that ask about your personal preferences, and get a really good idea of who you are. i actually went through the trouble of reading the in depth analysis of my survey responses and it was surprisingly accurate and very interesting.
then there was an in person interview which included a quiz on basic computer knowledge. The interview its self was very easy but had some quirky job interview questions that I really had to hum and hah through just to answer.

Negotiation Details
No negotiation. This is a cut and dry place. You must be available to work every day and at any time. and you do not get to negotiate pay.
personally, i wouldn't recommend working here if you've got anything else going for you. They expect you to devote all your time and energy to this so so job where the coworkers aren't very friendly, the schedule adherence is unbelievably strict, it's impossible to get days off and the pay is mediocre at best.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test and a Background Check.
