Interviewed Oct 2010 in Denton, TX (took 2 weeks)
I was first called on the phone and given about a fifteen minute phone interview with a center manager, she asked general questions. They said I would then need to wait to get an in person interview with the area manager. That took a couple of days to schedule and once I had it I was escorted to the back of the center and the area manager asked me more questions. He kind of went over the ones I was already asked on the phone, that went ok and then I was told I would need to wait for the Divisional Director of Operations. That took the longest, it was about a week before I had that interview. He went over what felt like the same questions but I can't really remember. then it was a drug test and a couple more days wait and then I was called on the phone by the DDO to be told I had the job. I felt that the people at the office I interviewed at were too loud and not professional. One woman was walking around without her shoes on and they did not seem to care about the customers. The area manager was cocky and liked to talk about himself too much. The DDO seemed ok. I would recommend the interviewee to listen to the person speaking and not really talk a lot as they aren't really interested in small talk. They want to make sure you will be a good fit for the company in that you will be strong and not easily run over. I recommend dressing up, I saw people interviewing in really shabby clothing. One important question they ask is "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" You should be able to say something along the lines of "I see myself staying here, working for this company, hopefully moving up"

Negotiation Details
I asked for $15.00 per hour, I was offered $13.50 right off and I accepted it. When I signed my paperwork I was actually given $13.80. They didn't seem willing to really negotiate, or maybe it was that I wasn't really trying.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 2 weeks)
Interviwew included HR and the hiring manager. They were both very prepared and asked questions from a list of prepared questions that were behavior based and subjective in nature. Questions were on leadership style, past roles and how I was successful and why to include what areas i could impove upon. A peer interview was also included as part of the process.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Denver, CO (took a day)
The interview wasn't much of an interview. I was just told about the job, wages and benefits. I was then asked to meet with the store manager where I would be working. Before going to my 2nd interview they took my info for a background check and told that I would hear something by the end of the week. When I went to my 2nd interview it was like the first. Both interviewers gave me the impression they couldn't wait for me to start. I have a clean background so that shouldn't have been an issue but I never heard back and when I called to check the status I was told upper management still haven't made a decision. It's been almost 2 months and I'm still being told that and the job is still open. I assume I'm getting the run around. If I wasn't so much in need of a job I would have passed this one up based on their interview process.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Oklahoma City, OK (took a day)
A few basic questions, job overview and drug test information. Pay was not discussed until after the drug testing was complete. The drug test and background check took a few days to figure out. However, the hiring manager barely knew how to run the computer to get the drug test and background check set up. She actually needed assistance from the exiting store manager, and it took about 20 minutes to figure it out.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 1 week)
Filled out online application, did skills test and other personality tests, got a phone call next day for interview. Interviewer was very nice and very friendly. The office was clean and very well organiized. Very informal due to the fact that there were still people needing to do business but it worked out just fine.

Reason for Declining
With a family there is no way I could work EVERY Saturday and maintain a job for a very long period of time. If they would consider rotating Saturdays, they would attract more desirable applicants but it seems they are unwilling to budge on this fact.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Virginia Beach, VA (took a day)
Once I got there, the general manager asked me basic questions about my skills and level of expertise. He then said that the center management position would be something to work up to but if I was offered the job pending a background check and drug test, I would start in customer service then can enter a training program to become a manager, which was not stated in the advertisement.
