interviews were great, seemed like I would fit right in but I was wrong. With my years of experience I was not allowed to do any customer interaction which of course was my job. Very cliquish organization. No freedom, do it one way only. I was told if find better way great but when it came to it not allowed.

Initial communication was average. HR rep asked the typical questions about my qualifications then immediately began to negotiate my bottom line for a salary. Replied with that it would be best for us to reserve that conversation until after we got more details about the position.
This led to an on site interview with four Senior Level Managers.

Abbott AMO was clearly looking to capitalize on the getting the most bang for the buck.

Negotiation Details
Abbott AMO would not interview me unless I agreed in advance of the interview to a potential dollar number, leaving no negotiation room during the offer phase.
