Interviewed Apr 2010 in Fort Lauderdale, FL (took 3 weeks)
CEO and Sales Director meet candidates for hours. Very thorough on resume. More questions from CEO as sales director does not ask anything. CEO very professional and polished but a bit too methodical. Phone interview was first with Sales Director. Lengthy face-to-face interview followed and then a call back if chosen. The last interview was another series of questions finally followed by the sheet of paper with the low-low-low base salaries. It tends to be deflating. REALLY deflating! If you take the highest bast ($60K) you are getting about $115k at plan. Really needs to be reworked!

Negotiation Details
no negotiation. piece of paper has three different plans depending on what you want on base. Apparently former ceo brought in highly paid/compensated reps who washed out and were let go. Now feeling is lets hire talent and low ball on base.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Drug Test.
