"I see myself as a risk taker. But before taking the risk, I always evaluate all other options, weigh the pro's and con's of success and failure, and after careful consideration, I would definitely take a risk if the rewards were high enough. I view staying away from risks similar to staying away from a gold mine surrounded by dynamite. Of course if you don't know what triggers the dynamite, it would be unwise to take that risk. But if you study the situation and know the location of all dynamite and the way they are triggered, then the risk is minimized. Some people would not explore the options to reduce the risk, but I would definitely study each situation and take a risk that would improve my personal or company's situation."

Interviewed Mar 2012 in Portland, OR (took 2 weeks)
It was a long drawn out process consisting of a phone screening, phone interview, In person interview, 2nd and 3rd phone interview. Then Job offer.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Offer was made without specific benifit offerings. When asked for specifice the hiring manager was not able to provide them without research. When information that was asked for was provided it was vague and not complete. The main reason for ofer decline was the pitiful low salary offered for the amount of expertise that I had to offer.

Interviewed Feb 2012 (took 2 weeks)
Exchanged five emails to set up just a phone screen. Rescheduled once, when Recruiter missed our original interview slot. Interview only took ten minutes! I felt rushed and did not have an opportunity to explain my current experience. I was told I would be pushed for a second round interview. Two days later I followed up with Recruiter and was told the Hiring Manager was not interested.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Belleville, IL (took a day)
They were seeking 2 candidates via craigslist. I applied, got a call a week later. Met the retail supervisor at a panera to interview because asm has no office. I was skeptical, but now I realize its merely a means of being cost effective since the managers are out doing workwiths all the time. I kept following up on the job for over a month, being told there was a hiring freeze. I didn't quit though and eventually was offered the job!

Interviewed Feb 2012 in Louisville, KY (took 5 days)
I started out by applying online after running across it and was asked a few questions on the phone they told me it was a new position in the area and asked me to meet with them about 5 days later. Meet with the district and regional manager and they were really nice and made sure i knew about the job. At this point no job offer but seemed interested.
