They were seeking 2 candidates via craigslist. I applied, got a call a week later. Met the retail supervisor at a panera to interview because asm has no office. I was skeptical, but now I realize its merely a means of being cost effective since the managers are out doing workwiths all the time. I kept following up on the job for over a month, being told there was a hiring freeze. I didn't quit though and eventually was offered the job!

I started out by applying online after running across it and was asked a few questions on the phone they told me it was a new position in the area and asked me to meet with them about 5 days later. Meet with the district and regional manager and they were really nice and made sure i knew about the job. At this point no job offer but seemed interested.

My interview took one hour- and he wanted to do a Face to Face with a computer - camera. My camera was not working properly so I had to just do a phone interview. The biggest weighted question he asked was, "Why should I hire you?". Another question was, "What would you do if you encountered an uncooperative Store Manager?".

The initial online application lead to an interview with a Area Supervisor. The paticular position would be working for ASM's client Crystal Geyser. The interview took place at one of the stores, to display the product and provide information as to the duties involved. The interview itself took place on a bench outside, and proceeded with general questions:

The experience so far has been good. My initial contact was with someone int the office and then I was contacted by my potential manager. The phone interview was very professional and covered the normal range of questions. When I followed up with my initial contact person she was quick to get back to me and her information was accurate. I have an in-person interview soon and hope for an offer,

nothing much just the pros of the job gas card routes car allowence which also has all been taken away from all ASM employees now cents per mile but .30-.40 when states pay .50-.60 per mile then it gets taxed also

It was too easy - I should have known better. When you really need a job it's not the best thing to take anything. Phone interview was too quick - the interviewer "just knew" I was perfect for the job.

My interviewer told me about the position and what type of work it was. He asked me a few 'easy' questions. Not even as difficult as "tell me about a time when you encountered a difficult customer and did you do". It almost seemed as though the interview was a formality.
