Interviewed Dec 2009 in Sioux City, IA (took 3 weeks)
Interview consisted of a phone interview and later visted the facility prior to accepting job. Once I accepted, I had to do a background check and drug test. It wasn't that detailed as it honestly felt like they were desperate for anyone and didn't ask me a lot of questions like I expected, my interview for grad school was much more thorough.

First came phone interview with recruiter which had little to do with the actual job. Person did not appear to have much knowlegde of therapy. The face to face interview with the facilities Rehab Manager was not so much of an interview as a "what hours are you available". Minimal questions regarding skills. Not difficult at all!
