Aeria Games Web Product Manager Interview

Interview Details – Was contacted by a recruiter for Aeria Games, who was interested in my background in e-commerce funnel optimization and page flow design. Had several phone conversations with a couple team members, including a hiring manager. The hiring manager wanted to test thinking and presentation skills prior to bringing onstie and requested to complete a written exercise. Although we never wound up following up on discussing the exercise, the recruiter got back in touch in a few weeks that they had moved on to other candidates, without particular feedback about specifics other than just saying they were looking for someone a little more experienced.
