Aeroplan Customer Service and Sales Agent Interview

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Montreal, QC (Canada) (took 2 days)

First I got a phone interview where I was asked about my skills and past experience and finalized with a geography test. (Canadian provinces, capitals, international airport around the world and capitals around the world)

Then I was interviewed 1:1 at Aeroplan's office, with a more in-depth questions about my personality, values, skills and experience, finalizing with a test of Canadian capitals.

Both interview were great, the staff is very friendly and polite and have a very good knowledge of the company.
