The process took a day - interviewed at Aetna in January 2012.

Interview Details – Very rushed cold personality. No time to ask them questions about the company or the department regarding culture or details of functions, etc. All scripted questions...started late and finished in rushed format...the same way it started. Not good for first impressions.

Interview Question – Tell me about a time you led a team and failed.   Answer Question
