I applied online and the process took 3 months - interviewed at Aetna in August 2009.

Interview Details – called back four separate times for interviews with different people each time. spent a total of over ten hours in interviews and on the last one was asked fairly insulting questions about my job history and my decisions regarding leaving prior jobs. spent all that time and didn't even get the courtesy of a kiss off letter. two years later, they're still advertising the position
